Chaos

It’s all in my head,
Burgeoning while I’m silent,
Its all in my head,
Keeps me calm, makes me violent..

Clinging to the past,
Predicting the future,
In my head, it blasts..
And everything goes haywire..

I have to do this, and that..
Feels like I have too much in my hat!
My mind, in every direction it goes..
Trying to find order in the chaos.
